I placed an order for bouquet and cake delivery for my mother’s birthday. On the day of delivery I received an email saying that they cannot process the order because it seems like a suspicious transaction and they need copy of bank transaction and my photo id to process the order. I sent them both but I blacked out all other transactions from my bank statement and they said they cannot accept it while they could easily see “Phoolwala.com” transaction on the statement. I tried calling them but they never picked up my call. I asked them to just cancel the order and issue a refund and they said they cannot issue the refund. Now this whole website seems suspicious to me and they are just fooling their customers. The worst customer support ever. Beware of this website.

I ordered the "Meet your dream" Bouquet/Teddy bear/Chocolates combo from Phoolwala.com. They charged me an extra Rs.400 for delivery charges to that small town. I ordered this bouquet for a wedding reception of one of my close relatives. I was shocked when they delivered a small bunch of roses tied with a ribbon and was sent in a carry bag from a local bakery shop. The roses were not fresh and the "bouquet" looked as if it was made with flowers from roadside vendors and I was terribly embarrassed to see the picture of the bride with the "bouquet". What a shame!! Moreover, the teddy bear was much smaller in size than what was promised and they sent Cadbury's chocolates instead of Ferrero Rocher Chocolates. After I complained to them, they sent another bouquet which was no way close to the one I ordered. I ordered a bouquet with roses but they sent one that was mixed with cheaper flowers. Never trust this company. I've enclosed the pictures. The 1st pictures shows what I ordered and the second picture shows the "bouquet" that was delivered.

Hello, Phoolwala.com is the worst website and delivery service for various occasions. Trust me never use this service you will regret. I use first time. Made an order three days before the main event from UK. On the main day, was Sunday it was nearly afternoon in India and very less time remained to start the event. I received a call saying we cannot deliver your gift due to some reason. I was like seriously. I had to wake up from half sleep as it was morning in the UK. I ordered from Indian Gift Portal website. Those people are very fast, quick and main customer service are so *** Excellent. I always use this website but one of my friend recommend me, so thought let me try and just within first time i shout. OMG.. Never ever use this service and please you as well.. DO NOT USE PHOOLWALA.COM. You will regret this.. Thanks

You guys are ripping us off of our money.. You sent in stale flowers in a city like Bhopal .. The delivered flowers were no ways close to the pictures..One of the worst experiences I have had with any floral delivery services in India. ... It's because of scams like these, it's hard for people to build a trust around you guys.. !! I want my 16$ refunded asap.. I can send you the picture of the flower you sent.. Ruining someone's special occasion with terrible flowers at the cost of our reputation.. Never returning to this site and highly recommend you to Stay away.. Shame on you guys !!

Hello, The site is cheating people . they show fruit basket worth Rs.2000 and send bananas and papaya. when I called them first time they took my call and then not even responding. The picture shows all imported fruits. If you have to send seasonal fruits then send mangoes and litchis not the cheapest available. The bouquet was equally bad. Will not buy anything from this site again. Please be aware and read what they write very carefully. What shows in picture is very different from what they send. Totally cheating people. They think people will not take any action against them. The customer service is equally bad.

very bad experience i live abroad make an order for my in laws anniversary and booked in advance also. before 1 day of delivery in after noon they refuse to make delivery. and was offering other things instead of cake they want me to buy flowers. why should some one pay 1500 for flowers. and when i chat with them online they said we are refunding amount... and was not in a mood to talk further not an sorry even. is this will finish the matter just refunding the amount can not be a solution i cant trust this website any more

FRAUD
Don't ever use phoolwala.com for sending gifts to your loved ones. I suspect they are FRAUD. On 4th October I was supposed to receive gift at my Boston, USA address ordered from India via phoolwala.com. 2 days are passed and so far it has not been delivered. The tracking details show "In-Progress". I have not received any notification regarding delivery delay. I tried calling their number but it was not answered. This clearly shows lack of professionalism and commitment and malicious intentions. I feel, all the victims must take some action on phoolwala.com by reporting FRAUD to customer care departments in India and also in Cyber space. DON'T EVER USE THIS SITE. PHOOLWALA.COM SUCKS BIG TIME

I ordered with phoolwala for 13 febrauray for day timing and dey reach my gf's home at midnight which was sooo *** nd den dey delivery old flowers i think i paid for freah onces and they did that delivery after 5 days of 13 feb i m gonna lodge a complaint in nz as well and i ll never trust any indian businesses now these guys r soo *** up u cant run any busineeses india seems like *** now never gona mke anyorder from indian busineese i m soo pissed off from u guys cnt tell u U need to close this phoolwala nd sit home as holes

Take orders and do not deliver on time
Customer care executive told me to order today itself on valentine day and they will deliver on time same day .two days passed away and still order is not delivered.I told them to give back my money as now there is no use of delivering it as valentine time day is already gone.Now they are not even picking up my phone.My order I'd is 127688 it is still in process.They take no responsibility.There customer care provide false information.They take orders and do not believe in providing services.Now I understand why after established in 199 still they have very less reputation in market.Don't even attend customer properly.They cut your phones.

And they have never failed to impress me.the gifts are always delivered on time and the confirmation messages are always personalized. I love this site. Could the team include UK among the countries that is allowed to send gifts. It was a little difficult to use UK credit card and GBP. Thanks for always being the very best. Are you by any chance related to them. I have send gifts through different Indian portals all the time and never felt this cheated. When I place a order I just expect 40%-50% would be spend on the product and rest I assume is for service .
They have a disclaimer so you can't do anything legally.
-Images shown on the page are only for view and actual delivered flowers design/shape/image shall vary as flowers are sourced from local city vendor and designed manually.-
Be careful take a pause read and think, case closed.
Also it's best to assume most indians will be the same as this website. That includes your indian dentist, the guy at the corner store, any of them really.
I knew it would not be the same arrangement but I expected some quality and not some *** stuff that they send. When they said 3 kilos of fruits I expected 3 kilos of standard fruits and not bananas and papaya. Banana and papaya cannot be called seasonal in India as they are available all 12 months
